Richway CEO visit Phnom Penh

January 23, 2023: Ratikan Saipang. CEO of Richway Cosmet Company Limited, had visited Phnom Penh, Cambodia during Jan 11-16, 2023 in order to meet with the customer for updating New products and also to get to know the requirements of the cosmetic production of the cosmetic directly. As almost of the Asian customers of Richway are from Cambodia, the rest from Myanmar and Laos PDR. Though, Richway has done the business with the customers from Cambodia for almost 10 years, this is the first time that the CEO decided to visit them, it brought the good result for the business as it built a lot of trust between the company and the customers.

Therefore, from the result of the visit this time, the CEO plans to go to visit the customers from the neighbour countries such as Myanmar whenever the country start to open and at Laos PDR will be the next plan.

Visit BNI Phnom Penh

On January 23, 2023, Ms.Ratikan Saipang CEO of Richway Cosmet Co., Ltd. attended the meeting together with visiting the Business Networks International (BNI) operates in Phnom Penh under the Chapter named Dynamic. It is a business network where the CEO of Richway is a member and can join BNI in all countries, as an observer and has an opportunity to do networks as well

Get to know PHNOM PENH in breif

Royal Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia. It is also the capital city of Phnom Penh. Once it was known as a Pearl of Asia (In the 1920s along with Siem Reap). It has been a target for both domestic and international tourisms. Phnom Penh is also famous for its traditional Khmer and French-influenced architecture.

Phnom Penh is a city surrounded by Kandal Province. And it is the centre of trade, politics and culture of Cambodia with a population of 2 million out of the country’s population of 15.2 million.

Phnom Penh by the legend of Wat Phnom leads to the story of the name of the capital “Phnom Penh” originating from 600 years ago. Grandma Pen then brought up a log and it appeared that there were 5 Buddha images carved on the log. Grandma Pen then brought logs to set on the hill in the area, so this place was named “Phnom Penh” in the end, with “Pha nom” meaning mountain. “Pen” is the name of the grandmother who found the logs.
